Thanks to Tobi’s trip to the fish market this morning, we had several kilos of fresh pears, limes and figs on hand. So this afternoon we whipped up a whopping 24 bottles’ worth of jam!
What a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Can’t believe I haven’t seen layered jam like this before. (It was Tobi’s great idea! And isn’t it pretty?) The most important part is that it tastes great, and I can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow so I can eat more of it!
