Special crêpes

I could go on and on about how wonderful Tobi’s cooking is.  He’s the creative type, and there’s seemingly no end to what he’ll do in the name of trying!

The other day he made these delicious crêpes using finely crumbled walnuts and Leibniz cookies as the main ingredient for the batter.  The filling was a nice blueberry buttermilk combo.

And then, when he realized I was taking photos of it, he made me an even more beautiful second round.
